Guaranteed Next Day – Your order will arrive before 1pm the next working day (if order is placed before 12pm Monday-Friday) 

*Please note that if you place an order on a Friday before 12pm for next day guaranteed, it will be delivered on Monday (subject to public holidays). 

Tracked 24: Approx 1-2 working days delivery (after Lash Legacy have processed your order) 

Tracked 48: Approx 3-5 working days delivery (after Lash Legacy have processed your order)

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY:

Royal Mail International Delivery: Approx 5-7 working days for delivery, once Lash Legacy have processed your order.

PLEASE NOTE – It is advised you check with DHL direct to make sure that they can ship direct to your location and do not pass to a Third Party courier, this can affect timescales for remote areas.

CUSTOMS CHARGES & ADDITIONAL FEES – We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left for delivery. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.

ORDERING TIMES:

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day or next working day.
Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

PLEASE NOTE – All delivery times are approximations and we cannot guarantee these time scales. If you need your order for a certain day we always recommend selecting Guaranteed next day delivery in the UK or DHL for international customers for the fastest shipping.
